1. Services

Sofia Loren Salon provides professional hair care services including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, highlights, styling, treatments, deep conditioning, hair extensions, and related beauty services at our salon located at 6361 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487. We also sell professional hair care products both in-salon and through our website.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone at (561) 405-1884, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Understand that late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged a fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services and products are listed on our website and in-salon. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Final pricing for services may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and the complexity of the requested service. Your stylist will confirm pricing before beginning any service.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

5. Product Purchases

Professional hair care products are available for purchase in-salon and may be available through our website. All product descriptions are provided in good faith. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be exact.

6. Satisfaction & Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment at (561) 405-1884 or frontdesk@sofialorensalon.com. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a complimentary adjustment or redo of the service.

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff:

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before receiving services
  • A patch test may be required before certain chemical services
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to your hair or health
  • We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with Florida state regulations

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
