Return & Refund Policy

At Sofia Loren Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This policy covers returns for products purchased from us and our approach to service satisfaction.
1. Salon Services
Service Satisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your salon service (haircut, color, treatment, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary adjustment or redo of the service at no additional charge.

Service Refunds:
Due to the nature of salon services, refunds for completed services are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. We are committed to making things right and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
2. Product Returns
Eligible Returns:
Professional hair care products purchased from Sofia Loren Salon may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused or minimally used (at least 80% remaining)
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Products that have been mostly used (less than 80% remaining)
- Products purchased on sale or clearance (final sale)
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons (brushes, combs, hair accessories that have been used)
3. How to Return a Product
To return a product:
- Bring the product to our salon at 6361 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487
- Present your receipt or proof of purchase
- Our team will inspect the product and process your return
If you purchased a product online and need to return it by mail, please contact us first at frontdesk@sofialorensalon.com to arrange the return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Credit/debit card purchases: Refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Cash purchases: Refund will be issued in cash at the salon
- Exchanges: We are happy to exchange products for a different item of equal or greater value
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any services or products at Sofia Loren Salon.
