The health and safety of our clients and our team is our absolute top priority, and we have spent the time away completely reimagining how we operate to ensure that every visit to our Boca Raton salon is as safe as it is enjoyable.
What We Have Changed
Our salon looks a little different than when you last visited, and that is by design. We have implemented a comprehensive set of new protocols that go above and beyond state and local requirements because we believe you deserve nothing less than the highest standard of care.
Every workstation is now sanitized between clients with hospital-grade disinfectant. Capes, towels, and all linens are freshly laundered for every single client. Tools are sterilized after every use. Our common areas, including door handles, restroom surfaces, and waiting areas, are cleaned on a rotating schedule throughout the day. We have also installed additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the salon.
Appointments and Spacing
One of the biggest changes is how we schedule appointments. We have adjusted our booking to allow extra time between clients, ensuring that workstations are thoroughly cleaned and that there is no overlap at individual styling stations. This means our salon is less crowded at any given time, giving you more personal space and a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere.
We are currently operating by appointment only. Walk-ins, which we love under normal circumstances, are temporarily paused so we can control the number of people in the salon at any time. Please call ahead or book online so we can guarantee your spot and plan accordingly.
If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait in your car until your appointment time to minimize the number of people in the waiting area. We will text or call you when your stylist is ready. What We Ask of You
This is a partnership, and there are a few things we ask of our clients to help keep everyone safe. Please wear a face covering when you arrive and during your appointment. We know this is not the most glamorous accessory, but it makes a meaningful difference in protecting both you and your stylist.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees during this time because your health is more important than any appointment. There will always be another day to get your hair done.
We are asking clients to come alone whenever possible. We love meeting your friends, partners, and kids, but reducing the number of people in the salon helps us maintain safe distancing. If you need to bring someone, we understand, but please let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
